SHIPPING POLICY 

Orders are processed and shipped between 7-10 days. However, depending on the quantity, the processing time may extend up to 14 days.

Please note processing time does not include shipping duration.

The estimated delivery duration for standard mail all over Canada is between 10-17 business days depending on the province. Some additional delays might occur. Standard mail does NOT come with tracking information.

For faster delivery and traceability, please consider the tracked upgrades at checkout.

 

RETURNS POLICY

All purchases are made to order. Due to the personalization, all sales are FINAL. I do not accept exchanges or returns.

In case of any issues such as lost mail or damaged product, please reach out to us so we can determine if the circumstances qualify for a replacement or refund.

Littleladycrafter reserves the right to refuse a replacement/refund that does not abide by our policy.

 

LOCAL PICKUP

If you are located in the GTA, local pickup is available in Brampton for FREE. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email with the pickup location and pickup instructions.

Please be mindful of the pickup times and slot availability.

 

DUTIES AND TAXES

It is important to note that any duties and taxes incurred on your purchase are your responsibility to pay. These fees may be charged by customs or other government agencies for importing goods into your country. They are separate from the cost of the item and any shipping charges.Please keep in mind that these fees are not included in the cost of the item and will be due upon delivery or pick up of the package at the destination country.
